My Wallpaper Collection

I do not know the last time I set a wallpaper on a computer. Back when I posted this I had curated a gianted collection of wallpapers and set them on rotation. I think I stopped using them when I went through a phase in college with tiling windows managers. No desktop, no wallpapers.

I previously had hosted the images in the post on Dropbox, but those are long gone. I was able to find the original .psd files though and upload them here. The original post also had an embedded gallery of the wallpaper collection in Dropbox. Probably best that the images are lost considering I didn't actually have the rights to them.

Also, I'm amazed the link to homestarrunner.com still functions! It looks like the site is now using Ruffle, a rust implementation of the Flash Player!

I love curating my wallpaper collection. A few are ones I have made myself, but most of them have been collected from the far reaches of the internet. The ones I have made are:

I made this image based on XKCD Comic #303 but edited it to apply to my high school communications class.

This was based off a screen shot I found of Strongbad Email #118 "Virus". I added extra space around it to fix my desktop resolution.

This was based off of a screen shot I made from the opening of the movie Ponyo, by the lovely studio Ghibli. I added some more space around the boarder to fix the resolution to match my desktop.
